From the opening tip, Campbellsville established an aggressive offensive rhythm. Paige Serafini opened the scoring from long range off an assist from Hallie Allen, quickly widening the Lady Tigers' lead while the defense stifled Haskell, who struggled to find points early. Under relentless pressure, the Fighting Indians could not stop Campbellsville's transition attack. In the final moments of the quarter, Lainey Johnson's steals maintained Campbellsville's control, leading to back-to-back layups by Tyra Flowers and Abby Gilbert to close the first quarter with an eight-point advantage.

The defensive intensity ramped up in the second quarter, preventing Haskell from clawing back into the game. Johnson and Talynne Shearer showcased the Lady Tigers' ability to finish in the paint, pushing the advantage to double digits. Halfway through the period, jumpers from Allen and Serafini propelled Campbellsville further ahead. Bella Stiles joined the offensive surge off the bench, helping the Lady Tigers take a commanding 26-point lead into halftime.

Campbellsville maintained its momentum coming out of the locker room, with Whitney Hay asserting dominance through defensive steals that turned into offense. While Haskell found some rhythm from beyond the arc, Dea Bradley and Hay responded with back-to-back jumpers to counteract the rally. Johnson capped off the quarter with a flourish, converting a layup and a three-pointer to extend the lead heading into the final frame.

Flowers opened the fourth quarter by converting points off turnovers, reinforcing the Lady Tigers' control. Although the Fighting Indians continued to battle, collecting back-to-back buckets near the seven-minute mark, the Lady Tigers' efficiency in the paint was unmatched. Free throws from Gilbert added to the margin, and Campbellsville continued to score at will in the paint down the stretch. The Lady Tigers closed the contest with a 36-point victory, 98-62.
