Campbellsville seized control from the opening seconds. Just 20 seconds into the game, Paige Serafini hit a three-pointer to start a 7-0 run. As Stephens struggled to find an offensive rhythm, Serafini and Hallie Allen's jumpers lifted the Lady Tigers to an 11-4 lead midway through the quarter. Both defenses then tightened, causing a scoring drought. Still, jumpers from Whitney Hay and Talynne Shearer soon restored Campbellsville's momentum. By the end of the quarter, the Lady Tigers commanded a 27-10 lead, holding a 17-point advantage.

Moving into the second quarter, Dea Bradley opened the scoring to push Campbellsville to 30 points. The Lady Tigers capitalized at the free-throw line as Stephens resorted to fouling to stop the bleeding. The Stars managed a few three-pointers to try and climb back, but Campbellsville responded to every attempt, maintaining a lead of over 25 points for much of the period. While Stephens found some success in the paint late in the half, their fouls continued to be their demise. At the break, the Lady Tigers held a comfortable 47-29 lead.

As the second half commenced, much like the first, Serafini and Hay asserted their offensive will. Campbellsville's rebounding prowess was on full display in the third quarter, as they doubled up Stephens on the glass to maintain control and capitalize on second-chance points. As their field goal percentage dipped, the Stars relied heavily on three-point shooting to try and keep pace, but they could not make a significant dent in the deficit going into the final frame.

In the fourth quarter, Stephens' foul troubles continued, sending Hay back to the line early. Allen found Hay for back-to-back jumpers in the opening minutes, highlighting Campbellsville's superior ball movement. As the clock wound down, the Lady Tigers' depth shined. Kinsley Molden and Jordan Collom came off the bench to drain three-pointers, pushing the Lady Tigers past the 90-point mark. Despite a few late baskets from Stephens, they never threatened, and Campbellsville cruised to the 92-63 victory.
