CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – Campbellsville University saw three teams compete in week two of the season, with two traveling to Hazard, Kentucky, for tournaments.
Smash started the week in ECAC play. They lost their set against George Washington University, 2-0.
Grayson Lang with Incineroar took two stocks.
Jacob Kehm stole four with Diddy Kong.
Dalton Kehm, as King K. Rool, erased four.
John Luke Roberts ended with two as Roy. The Smash team won in Mid-South Conference play against Freed-Hardeman, 2-0.
This group also competed in a tournament in Hazard, Kentucky. The team played in singles and doubles bouts. In the singles section, out of 15 players, D. Kehm and
John Luke Roberts finished in fifth, with J. Kehm ended in seventh. Matthias Shephard and
Keeghan Finn found the top ten as well.
Grayson Lang slotted in 13th. In doubles, Campbellsville finished second, fifth, and seventh out of ten teams.
For FIFA Academy, Sergio Laguna won against Oklahoma City Community College, 2-0. He won the games: 4-1 and 5-3.
Daniel Laguna, for FIFA Varsity, put on a clinic. He defeated Randolph-Macon College 2-0 and outscored his opposition 22-1.
The Guilty Gear Strive team also participated in a tournament in Hazard, Kentucky. Out of 13 participants,
Karson Vanover placed fifth, and
John Luke Roberts placed ninth, respectively.
