JASPER, Ind. – The #16 Tigers attended one last regular-season invitational over the weekend, competing at the Vincennes University Spring Invite at Sultan's Run Golf Club.
Kevin Latchayya pulled in another individual win, tied-for-first with two other golfers following the initial round and then pulling away in the second round with his under-par performance.
Latchayya (+1, -1) was the only participant who recorded a round under par at the invitational, winning by three strokes ahead of the next placer. He had an event-high nine birdies.
Chase Wilson (+5, +8) was the next highest carding Tiger with a 12th place finish, while Manu Garcia (+12, +2) ended up just behind him in 13th.
Corentin Hue (+6, +10) was 17th,
Kobe Hill (+9, +12) came in 29th, and
Carson Childress (+12, +10) finished 30th.
The Campbellsville Tigers can next be found at the Mid-South Conference Championship, taking place in Bowling Green, Kentucky from Monday, April 28th through the 29th.
