Tigers held scoreless against Wildcats

MCKENZIE, Tenn.- The Tigers took the road to battle the (RV) Bethel University Wildcats on Tuesday night. Despite their efforts, their Tigers were limited to zero, falling to the Wildcats, 4-0.

The Wildcats earned an early lead from the opening stages of the game. Only ten minutes later, Bethel racked up two more goals to extend their advantage against the Tigers. The Wildcats only allowed Campbellsville to collect one shot by Harry Freeman throughout the first half, going into the second period with the Tigers trailing, 3-0.

Much like the first half, Bethel only allowed one shot by Mihlali Blesi in the opening of the second half. The Wildcats' offense continued to dominate the field, collecting shots and limiting Campbellsville's opportunities to score. Bethel scored their fourth goal in minute 55 while the Tigers were yet to make it to the scoreboard. As the game came to a close, Campbellsville lost the game, 4-0.
