The Tigers carried that momentum into the second quarter, engineering a six-play, 68-yard drive capped by an 11-yard touchdown pass from Engle to wide receiver Roland Hazard Jr.. The 24-7 score would hold until halftime, as the Campbellsville defense shut down the Warriors, forcing multiple punts and ending the half with a key fumble recovery by defensive lineman Tyson Watson.

Campbellsville opened the third quarter with an immediate statement. Bass took the handoff on the second play from scrimmage and raced 63 yards for his third touchdown, making it 31-7. Later in the quarter, the defense sealed the game. A sack and forced fumble by linebacker Chase Maynard resulted in defensive lineman Kaeden Partenac recovering the ball in the endzone for a touchdown, ballooning the lead to 38-7.
