CAMPBELLSVILLE. Ky. – The Campbellsville Tigers fell 17-6 to (RV) Indiana Southeast at home Tuesday afternoon despite leading through four innings. Wischnack hit a two-run homer and RBI single, and Hernandez added a two-run homer, but the Tigers' early efforts weren't enough to withstand Indiana Southeast's late onslaught.
- Tate Wischnack went 2-for-3 at the plate, including a two-run home run and a clutch single, driving in a total of four runs.
- Kleysen Gabruck scored twice, reaching base on a single, a walk, and a hit-by-pitch, helping to create scoring opportunities for the Tigers.
- Joaquin Hernandez went 1-for-2 with a two-run homer in the fifth inning, cutting the deficit to 7-6 and energizing the dugout.
- Trey Proctor, Antony Gilbert, and Thomas Krueger combined for four walks, consistently putting runners on base and pressuring the Indiana Southeast pitching staff.

The game started quietly, with Campbellsville's defense shutting down the Grenadiers in the first. Two quick strikeouts and a routine groundout kept the Tigers off the board, and the first inning ended scoreless.
Campbellsville got on the board in the bottom of the second.
Kleysen Gabruck singled to right-center to spark the offense, and
Tate Wischnack followed with a two-run homer to center field, giving the Tigers a 2-0 lead and energizing the dugout.
Indiana Southeast answered in the top of the third. A single set the stage, and a two-run homer to left tied the game 2-2.
The Tigers regained the lead in the bottom of the third. Walks from
Antony Gilbert and
Thomas Krueger loaded the bases, and a sacrifice bunt moved runners into scoring position. Wischnack delivered a clutch single up the middle, driving in two runs and giving Campbellsville a 4-2 advantage.
The fifth inning was a turning point. Indiana Southeast took advantage of multiple walks and timely hits, including a two-run single, to plate five runs and turn the game in their favor. Campbellsville found themselves trailing 7-4.
Campbellsville answered immediately.
Joaquin Hernandez crushed a two-run homer to left field, cutting the deficit to 7-6 and giving the Tigers a spark. Gabruck and
Trey Proctor kept the pressure on the Grenadiers with key hits and walks, showing flashes of offensive life.
However, Indiana Southeast continued to capitalize on errors and aggressive baserunning in the sixth, extending their lead to 9-6.
The decisive inning came in the seventh, where Indiana Southeast erupted with a combination of doubles, singles, and a home run, producing eight runs in a single frame. The game turned into a lopsided 17-6 score.
Campbellsville was unable to overcome the late surge, and Indiana Southeast's dominant seventh inning ultimately determined the outcome.
