Biography

 

Shabree enters her junior season on a high note after a strong showing at the end of her sophomore campaign. When Meagan Murphy and Sara Sexton went down with ACL injuries last season, "Bree" was asked to step in and carry some of the load in the post.  At the completion of the 2007-2008 season, Shabree showed great improvement and earned a considerable amount of playing time as a result. Bree continues to improve on the offensive end of the floor and worked hard during the off-season to increase her strength. Those two factors may lend themselves to an increased role on the court in the 2008-2009 season. 2007-08 season statistics:  1.6 ppg; 2.9 rpg; 21 season blocks; 6 season steals
