This Season at CU: Kate Black is entering her first season at Campbellsville.

 

High School: Attended Grace Christian Academy where she played for two seasons. Black batted .440 her junior year and .430 her senior year. Also during her senior season she received All-District MVP, All-Region, Player to Watch and All-State selection. Black led her team in home runs her senior season as well. In her junior campaign, Black received All-District MVP, All-District team, 2nd Team prep extra, and All-State. She also lead her team in home runs her junior season as well. 

 

Personal: Major is sports medicine/exercise science. Daughter of David and Janet Black. Volunteers at MVC. She is also known as "Jersey"
