Biography

This Season at CU: Demetric Ray returns for his fourth season for the Tigers but with two years of eligibility remaining. He begins the season as the Tigers' No. 2 slot receiver.

2010: In his first season back off injury, Ray collected 555 total yards,including 462 by air. He averaged 14 yards per catch out of the slot. His big game came Sept. 25 against Lindsey Wilson, collecting 102 yards on four catches and a touchdown.

2009: Ray was redshirted after breaking his ankle in the first few minutes of the season opener at Cumberland University.

2008: As a freshman, Ray had 211 all-purpose yards. He carried the ball six times for 32 yards. He had 176 yards on eight catches, an average of 17 yards per catch.
