Biography

This season at CU: Alysen Shireman is entering her senior year at CU. She was picked as team captain for the second-straight season.

 

2013: Shireman played in 19 games and started all but one. She was a mainstay in the back line of defense for the Lady Tigers. Named team MVP… Team Captain ... MSC Academic All-conference…Tiger Paw Award…MSC All-conference honorable mention

 

2012: Shireman played in 20 games as a sophomore. She has been a mainstay on the defense her past two years. She helped CU with 11 shutouts as well.

 

2011: Shireman attended Bellarmine University as a freshman and then transferred to Campbellsville after the spring semester. 

 

High School: Attended Floyd Central High School in Georgetown, Ind. Was a four-year starter and led them to 3x state sectional championships. Was selected as Hoosier Hill All-Conference team. MVP for FCHS and was varsity captain. 

 

Personal: Majoring in sports medicine/exercise science with a business minor. Parents are David and Michelle Shireman. Volunteers at Flyod Memorial Hospital.
