This season at CU: Elliott Young enters his senior season with the Campbellsville Tigers.

2015-16: Young appeared in all 36 games for the Tigers while starting in 21. He averaged 8.5 points per game while shooting 42.4 percent from the floor. Young finished the season going 74.6 percent from the free throw line. Young recorded 31 blocks and 17 steals.

2014-2015: Young played in all 35 games while starting 14. He shot 41 percent from the floor and 40.6 percent from behind the 3-point line. Young also finished the season hitting 87.5 percent from the free throw line. Young also grabbed 146 rebounds, recorded 32 blocks, averaging 7.8 points. He also earned Academic All-MSC honors.

2013-2014: Saw action in 28 of the 29 games, starting in 14 of them during his freshman season… 3-point %- .411… free throw %- .70…grabbed 101 rebounds… 11 blocks… averaging 6.1 points.

High School: Young played in 34 games for Bullitt East High School as a senior, averaging 9.1 points and five rebounds per game. He had 23 3-pointers on the season. He received honors for All-District and 6th Region Honorable Mention.

AAU: Young played for the B.A. Hoyas for three years. The Hoyas were the Eddie Ford Tournament Champions in the 16U division in his first year on the team.

Personal: Majoring in criminal justice. He is the son of Carla and Vincent Young. His sister, Lindey Young, graduated from Campbellsville in the spring of 2015 and was a member Campbellsville Lady Tiger Basketball team for four years.
