Entering 2024-25: 7th Year
Alma Mater: Campbellsville ('13)
Entering his seventh season helping lead the program in 2025 is Coach Drew Sin. His tenure with the team is highlighted by capturing the program's first-ever NCCAA National Championship in 2021. A former four-year starter and captain for Campbellsville, Sin has translated his passion for the university and knowledge of the game into remarkable success from the sideline, also guiding the Tigers to an NAIA National Tournament appearance in 2019 while developing numerous All-Americans.
Sin's leadership was on full display during the 2021 championship run, where he navigated the team to a dominant 3-1 victory over Judson University in the title match. This national success was preceded by a 2019 season that saw the Tigers earn a spot in the NAIA National Tournament and produce six NCCAA All-Americans, a testament to Sin’s ability to recruit and develop elite talent.
A native of Cape Town, South Africa, Sin’s connection to the program runs deep. During his playing career from 2010-2013, he was a fixture on the Tigers' back line, starting 67 of his 83 appearances. His leadership was recognized by his teammates and coaches, as he was named a team captain for his final two seasons and was a three-time recipient of the Campbellsville University Champion of Character Award.
Sin leverages a strong academic background in his coaching, holding a degree in Sports Medicine and Exercise Science from Campbellsville and a Medical Honors degree in the same field from the University of Cape Town. This expertise allows him to bring a unique, data-driven approach to player development and performance analysis. In addition to his coaching duties, Sin is the co-founder of Accord Agency, a sales and marketing firm in Cape Town.
