Edward Garcia joined the men's volleyball staff after being hired as a graduate assistant in the summer of 2016.
Garcia, from Caracas, Venezuela, should be familiar to the sports community. He attended Campbellsville University from 2010-2014, earning a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Information Systems and Sports Management minor.
During this period of time, Garcia was a roster member of the Campbellsville baseball team where he received Academic Mid-South Conference honors in 2013. Upon graduation, he became a volunteer coach for the JV baseball team in the fall of 2014 and 2015.
Since August of 2014, Garcia has been a part of the Sports Reach ministry, where he plays slow pitch softball as a hobby and is actively involved in mission trips.
