Madison Clements was elevated from student/graduate assistant in September of 2020 after assisting the coaching staff the previous two seasons following her playing career ended after the 2017-18 season. While sitting in her position on the bench, the Lady Tigers went 62-6 over the previous two seasons that includes the COVID-19 shortened 2019-20 season.
In her four-year playing career at Campbellsville, the two-time All-MSC selection played in 125 total games with 64 starts as she finished with a 9.4 points per game average, including being the Lady Tigers' leading scorer in her senior season with a 12.7 points per game average.
