Manny Panchame began as the men's volleyball assistant coach on Dec. 1, 2020 for his first season on the bench under head coach Eric Snyder.
Panchame played his volleyball career at Warner University from 2015-2018 as a setter and outside hitter, seeing significant time on the floor either starting or as a reserve in all four years. In his senior season of 2018, he played for Snyder in Snyder's lone season as the Royals head coach, where they won the Mid-South Conference Regular Season Championship.
A native of Tegucigalpa, Honduras, Panchame is a bilingual speaker of Spanish and English as he worked as a Spanish interpreter since graduating from Warner and pursuing a second degree from the University of South Florida.
In his two recorded seasons on Dakstats, he played in 106 total sets with 296 assists, 119 kills, 115 digs, and 29 total blocks. Over his four years at Warner, the Royals combined for an 81-25 record and a .764 winning percentage.
