BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Lady Tiger freshman setter Paige Merrick has been named the Mid-South Conference Setter of the Week, officials announced on Monday. 
 
Merrick helped lead the Lady Tigers to a 4-0 weekend as she recorded 9.59 assists per set and tallied 11 total kills. In the Lady Tiger win over Rochester she recorded a season high 51 assists, eight digs and seven kills. She also had two more double-doubles over the weekend against St. Francis and Robert Morris University. Merrick also added 10 aces in the four matches, including four each against Robert Morris and Huntington on Saturday.

For the season Merrick is second in the Mid-South Conference with 325 total assists and is third in assists per set at 9.56 and is tied for fourth with 16 total aces this season.

This is Merrick's first Setter of the Week honor from the MSC.

Campbellsvilleis currently 7-1 on the season and will travel to University of Pikevilleon Tuesday night with first serve at 7 p.m. ET.
