Campbellsville University Athletics

For the third time this season and fifth of her career, Campbellsville's Neely Quint is the Mid-South Conference Pitcher of the Week, officials announced on Monday.
 
Quint, a junior from Brookport, Ill., picked up three wins in each appearance last week, while compiling a 1.40 ERA.
 
She started the week throwing a one-hitter in a five-inning run-rule win over Cumberland University, 13-0.
 
Quint threw two more complete games against Georgetown College this past weekend. She allowed two earned runs on five hits in a 5-4 contest in eight innings, followed by a 3-2 victory pitching all seven innings surrendering just two runs and striking out four batters.
 
Campbellsville went 5-1 last week to move to 30-8 overall and 17-1 inside the MSC. The Lady Tigers currently sit in second-place in the MSC standings with Lindsey Wilson in first at 16-0. Both CU and LWC are battling in a crucial four-game series this weekend starting on Friday at 2 p.m. ET at Veterans Memorial Park.
