CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. — After claiming her second straight medalist honor of the season at the Campbellsville Invitational, Cassidy Scantland was named the Mid-South Conference Golfer of the Week, officials announced on Monday.
 
Scantland, a senior from Greensburg, Ky., earns her second Golfer of the Week honor of the season and ninth of her career.
 
She won her second-straight tournament after leading wire-to-wire at the Campbellsville Invitational last week. Scantland compiled an 8-over par 152 (75-77) at the tournament, which was three strokes ahead of the second-place finisher, and notched her 14th career tournament victory.
 
In addition, the Lady Tigers also won their second straight tournament at the CU Invite at Rosewood.
 
Campbellsville is now preparing for the Mid-South Conference championship at Bowling Green Country Club.
