Wendi Messer scored led three Campbellsville scorers in double figures with 19 points as Campbellsville coasted to an 85-75 win tonight over Brescia in the Powell Athletic Center.
Campbellsville led by 12 at halftime and came out on a red hot run to blow the game open with a 26 point lead wiht 14:51 remaining. Largely due to outrebounding a much smaller Brescia team, especially on the offensive glass, Campbellsville saw action from every player on the roster in a game that was more lopsided than the score indicates.
Courtney Danis has 14 and
Whitney Ballinger had 11 as Campbellsville improved to 4-1. The Lady Tigers play William Carey on Friday at the Bethel College Classic.
