The momentum just keeps on coming for the Campbellsville University Tiger's Softball team. They have played ten games in the last week and in that time, they went 9-1. They first traveled down to Orlando, Florida for a big tournament, and then finished the week by hosting a "Campbellsville-Lindsey Wilson Classic." They went 6-0 down in Florida, and then finished the week going 3-1 at home in their tournament. With the 9-1 week, the Tigers now move to 21-5 overall.

In Orlando, the Lady Tigers kicked their week off with a bang, opening up against Baker University. In game one of the tournament, the Tigers were tied with Baker in the bottom of the seventh until Alex Jane Clemons blasted a walk off homerun for the win. The Tigers went on to take care of business in game two as they upended Baker 12-0.Â
Cassidy Kroeker pitched the complete game shutout.

The next day, the Tigers took on St. Josephs, and the results were similar to the day before. The Tigers took game one in close fashion, wining 3-0.Â
Allison Horton was victorious with the complete game shutout. Game two was taken in dominant fashion, by the final of 13-0. Kroeker pitched her second complete game shutout in the win.

In their final day in Florida, the Tigers finished with a perfect 6-0 record as they Swept Rutgers University at Camden.Â
Cassidy Kroeker was the winning pitcher in both games, winning the first 5-4, and then finishing in convincing fashion by a final of 10-0. In the final game, Kroeker took a perfect game into the last inning.

After coming back from Florida, the Tigers would then take on four schools at home. They first took on Union University where they suffered their only loss of the week by a score of 9-4.

The Tigers rebounded nicely winning their next three games over Goshen, Madonna, and Robert Morris. The Tigers beat Madonna thanks to a walkoff homerun by
Jennifer England. They finished the week with a 7-6 thriller over Robert Morris, winning 7-6.Â

The Tigers are new 21-5 and will look to take their momentum into their next game as they will travel to Union College this Thursday for a non-conference game. First pitch is slated for 2:00 P.M. EST.
