And the chase for a national championship continues. The #9 Campbellsville Tigers have once again clinched a regional birth as they swept St. Catherine College on the road. The win for the Tigers moved them to 29-7 overall, and a remarkable 15-1 in conference. The Tigers will be the number one seed in the Mid South Conference Tournament at the end of April.

In the two game sweep,
Ian Pick and
Marc Wilson both moved to 6-0 on the season. Wilson was especially dominant, allowing just one run in the complete game effort. Offensively for the Tigers,
Brian Chase homered three times in the double header, tying him with
Chris Curley for the team lead at 13.Â
Colin Bryan also homered for his second round tripper of the year.

The Tigers will face their biggest challenge of the year this Tuesday as they will face Union College who is currently ranked #5 in the nation. Game time is slated for 2:00 pm at Union.
