BARBOURVILLE, Ky. - Campbellsville's 200-yard freestyle relay team set an "A" standard time in the Lady Tigers' first swim meet of the season.

"It was a great start for the team and for me," said first-year coach, Casey Smith. "I'm excited to continue building our strength, unity and endurance as the season progresses."

In the meantime, Kathleen Ewing, Carrie Wohlschlegel, Alison Lee and Brook Cato posted a 1:53.47 in the 200-yard freestyle relay for the team's "A" standard time.

200-Yard Medley Relay - Wohlschlegel, Katie Kelien, Ewing and Cato, second, 2:19.43.

1,000-Yard Freestyle - Lee, fifth, 12:08.52.

50-Yard Freestyle - Cato, third, 27.49; Ewing, sixth, 28.05; Wohlschlegel, eighth, 28.98; and Kelien, ninth, 35.90.

100-Yard Butterfly - Ewing, third, 1:09.03.

100-Yard Freestyle - Cato, fourth, 1:00.22; Wohlschlegel, sixth, 1:03.83; and Kelien, seventh, 1:20.89.

500-Yard Freestyle - Lee, third, 5:47.11.

100-Yard Breaststroke - Wohlschlegel, fifth, 1:26.48; Kelien, sixth, 1:42.31

The Lady Tigers return to Barbourville on Oct. 22 for their second meet of the season.
