Cedric Henderson sank the back end of a bonus free throw opportunity with three seconds remaining to sure up an 80-76 victory for Campbellsville University at Life University Saturday afternoon.

Henderson and Kevin Bobson combined to go 7-of-10 from the charity stripe in the final minute to secure the road victory.
The Tigers led for the majority of the night, gaining their first lead, 7-5, on a basket by Reggie Smith and never letting go. After playing a one to two-possession game for most of the first half, Jordan Myers broke a 21-21 tie with a Tiger 3-pointer. Smith followed with a 3 to give Campbellsville its largest lead yet, 28-21. That lead eventually grew to nine points, 35-27, on a 3-pointer by Justin Ennis, as the Tigers went on to enter halftime up 39-34.
Life out scored Campbellsville 13-8 in the first seven minutes of the second half, tying the game 47-47 on a basket by Josh Lee. Dennis Harris broke the tie with his first of two straight 3s as part of a 14-3 run for Campbellsville to go up by 12, 64-52, with eight minutes to play.
The Tigers maintained a near 10-point margin for the next six minutes until Life chipped away to pull within four, 75-71, with 40 seconds left. But that was as close as Life made it with CU's 70 percent shooting from the free throw line.
Ennis led Campbellsville with 15 points on five 3-pointers, while Harris had 14 points in his Campbellsville Tiger debut. Malik Thomas also had 14, while Bobson and Smith each scored 10. Henderson collected 12 assists and scored four of his six points at the free throw line. Jonas Bohm contributed eight points.
PJ Meyers led all scorers with 29 points for Life, followed by 12 points by Chris Beasley.
Campbellsville (2-1) will travel to Union University in Jackson, Tenn., Tuesday, Nov. 15 for an 8 p.m. ET tipoff. Jay Turner will broadcast the game live on WLCU 88.7 FM in Campbellsville and WLCUFM.com.
