Although CU recorded 22 total shots just 24 hours before, it could not muster enough ball possessions and offense to make a vallant effort at moving the ball down the field. The Lady Tigers were out shot today, 34-5 and 13-2 shots on goal.
The Lady Tigers only true opporutunity came on the lone corner kick by senior Bailey McDonough. Besides that, Lee took control of the whole first half.
Strong play by goalkeeper Brandie Hagerman kept the score reasonable as it could have been a lot worse. But the senior from Hartford, Ky. didnt let down and made three spectacular diving saves in the first 45 minutes of play.
Lee used two hat tricks from Fortune and Summer Lanter. Also Fulutudilu scored the lone goal in the second half.
Campbellsville's only offense came from freshman Devon Burnside and senior Toria Alsip, as they recorded the only shots on goal.
