CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. — Lindsey Wilson College won both ends of a double-dual swim meet today on Senior Day at Campbellsville University, defeating the Tigers and Lady Tigers and Bethel University.

The Blue Raider men and women beat CU's men 128-42 and the women 118-70. They defeated Bethel's men 129-16 and the women 133-27. Campbellsville's men and women beat Bethel 72-43 and the 130-21, respectively.
 

Campbellsville said good-bye to its lone senior, Olivia Murphy, Mt. Sterling, Ky.

 

"There was good teamwork on our relays, and lots of great attitudes," said coach Casey Smith. "It was a solid meet for this time in the season. I think it was a great setup for our final dual meet next week."

 

The team will travel Saturday, Jan. 31 to Transylvania University.

 

Smith was particularly pleased with Daniel Fathergill's 400 freestyle, Amber Wright's 100 breaststroke, Luke Camp's 100 freestyle, Murphy's 50 Austin Tucker's 100 butterfly and Rebekah Tilton's 200 IM.

 

"There were lots of great swims for our squad."
