OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. — Lady Tiger wrestling competed in the Cliff Keen Duals at Oklahoma City University over the weekend and came away with a seventh place finish in the gold bracket.

No. 1 Campbellsville, who is wrestling without WCWA National Champions Kayla Miracle and Tiaira Scott, was led by two-time All-American Michelle Organ who finished undefeated on the weekend, 5-0.
Freshman Koral Sugiyama and junior All-American Hanna Hall both recorded the most wins for Campbellsville going 7-1. Also, two-time All-American Rosemary Flores and sophomore All-American Hannah Gladden finished with 6-2 records while freshman Alexis Escamilla won six matches as well.Â

As a team, Campbellsville wrestled in Pool C and finished second behind University of the Cumberlands.
The Lady Tigers dominated the first four rounds picking up wins over Warner Pacific (38-7), Waldrof (47-1), Lindenwood (41-7), and Menlo (27-14). The lone loss came from Cumberlands in the championship of pool play (30-12).
Day 2 wasn't as nice as Day 1, with Campbellsville facing tougher compeition and going 1-2. The Lady Tigers lost to Simon Fraser to open the championship bracket, 26-18, and lost to No. 2 King University, 30-14.
The lone win on Saturday came in the seveth place match over Wayland, 36-10. Fifth-ranked Simon Fraser won the gold bracket.
