CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. — Emily Fox scored 21 points in 22 minutes of play and the Lady Tigers rolled to their third straight win today, a 106-33 defeat of Hiwassee College at the Powell Athletic Center.
CU celebrated more than a win as members of the 2014-15 team received their MSC Championship and National Tournament Runner-up rings in a pregame ceremony.
The Lady Tigers got out of the blocks in quick order and led 24-2 at the end of the first quarter.
Fox got double-figure support from Lindsey Burd, Madison Kaiser, Macie Spence and Jordan Doram, with 15, 12, 10 and 10 points, respectively.
CU won the battle of the boards with a rebounding edge of 41-21 and registered 21 steals led by Lexxus Graham's five. Kristen Jacob led the team in rebounding with six. No one played more than 22 minutes.
Campbellsville hit 51 percent of its shots, 47 percent from behind the 3-point line. Fox was uncanny from behind the arc, connecting on seven of her nine attempts.
The Lady Tigers host Indiana University East on Monday, Nov. 9 with a 6 p.m. tip.
