Box Score CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. — (BOX SCORE) A three-run fifth inning was CU's undoing as the Tigers lost for the second straight night to a Kentucky Intercollegiate Athletic Conference school. Indiana University Southeast held CU scoreless over the final three innings for a 5-4 win.

The Tigers closed a three-run gap in the sixth with Alex Kline's two-run homer, but that was the last hit Campbellsville (25-9, 13-4 MSC) would get.
The Grenadiers (31-16, 13-7 KIAC) have been a tough out on the road this season, going 14-5 on opponents' fields.
The game teetered for the first four innings, as IUS scored solo runs in the first and third frames and CU picked up scores in the second and the fourth.
CU's second-inning run came on a bases-loaded single by Alex Scanlan, but Garrett Everhart was thrown out at home by the left fielder and the Tigers could not push across any more runs in what appeared to be a promising one-out, bases-loaded opportunity.
In the fourth, Ricky McColloch scored Miguel Solano on a squeeze bunt.
IUSE scored its winning runs in the fifth when Logan Coughlin's two-run homer delivered the big hurt.
Chris Tuma, who pitched 4 1/3 innings, absorbed the loss with all five runs coming off the 11 hits he allowed. Casey Congleton and Jake Pannunzio shut down IUS through 4 2/3 innings, allowing only two hits between them.
Campbellsville ended up being out-hit 13-6. Carlos Torres led CU with two hits.
The Mid-South Conference Championship is on the line this weekend, as Campbellsville stays at home for its final regular season series against Pikeville. The three-game series starts on Friday, April 24 at 6 p.m. ET and ends with a doubleheader starting on Saturday, April 25 at 3 p.m. ET.
