No. 7 Tigers roll on senior night with 11-0 win over Life U.

CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. — On a night where Life University came in short-handed with only nine players, No. 7 Campbellsville University was able to send their five seniors out in style, winning 11-0.

The five seniors – Diego Morales, Alex Higdon, Ross Lindsay, Chase Long and River Neal – were able to celebrate their final game at Finley Stadium with honorary captain and their biggest fan Sean Sprowels.

Higdon, Lindsay, Long and Neal are the four seniors that have been at CU all four seasons and with the help from Morales the previous two seasons, the seniors have accumulated a record of 60-12-6, good for a winning percentage of .769.

During that span, CU has reached the NCCAA National Tournament once and also delivered CU's first-ever NAIA Tournament appearance in 2015.

With the win tonight, Campbellsville improves its record to 12-0-2 and 5-0-1 inside the Mid-South Conference. The Tigers are tied with Lindsey Wilson College atop the standings with one conference match left this season.

Tonight Campbellsville dominated its competition for the second-straight game. CU recorded 51 shots with 25 on goal and nine of the 11 scores came from different individuals – Nathan Heath, Lucas Freitas, Jack Murray, Yudai Yamauchi, Mark Callaghan, Zakaris Hallstedt, Owen Culliven, Antonio Jean and Matheus Bueno.

Ignacio Mangada delivered a multi-score game with goals in the the 35th and 40th minutes.

The Tigers also had seven assists with Yamauchi delivering three of those. He finished the night with a goal and three dimes.

Beauno, Culliven and Hallstedt all finished with their first-career goals, while Garcia finished with his first assist.

Campbellsville will finish the regular season on the road at University of the Cumberlands on Friday night. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. ET and live links will be available on www.CampbellsvilleTigers.com
