LEXINGTON, Ky. — Campbellsville men's bowling finished in fifth place at the Union Bulldog Classic over the weekend.
Leading the way for the Tigers was
Devon Gunderson. The left handed sophomore from Elmira, N.Y., finished bowling all nine games with a 1,678 total pin fall finishing in 12
th place overall.
Right behind him were both seniors
Andrew Lissik and
Ryan Bremer finishing in 16
th and 18
th place, respectively, knocking down 1,670 and 1,646 total pins.
On Saturday, the Tigers were sitting in sixth place with 4,675 pins behind University of the Cumberlands with 4,732 total pins.
Sunday was a climb for the Tigers during the four-team individual games. CU went into games five and sixth with scores of 889 and 855, respectively, and then would fire a well-respected 932 in game eight. In the final game of the tournament the Tigers shot the highest game-nine score with a total of 1,011 pins.
CU would finish the tournament in fifth place after a long weekend of bowling with a tournament overall score of 8,362. University of Pikeville would take home medalist honors with a score of 8,879.

th at the Brunswick Southern Collegiate Classic in Marietta, Ga.
