CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – The Campbellsville football team returns home on Saturday night at 7 p.m. ET as it hosts Kentucky Christian University at Finley Stadium. Saturday night's contest in the Tigers first home game since Thursday, Aug. 24.

Fans can tune into the game on WLCU-TV (Comcast Channel 10), the CU Sports Network and 88.7 The Tigers. Coverage beings at 6:30 p.m. ET with The Tiger Tailgate Show.

Campbellsville enters its divisional contest against the Knights with an overall record of 3-0 and is 1-0 in the Mid-South Conference Bluegrass Division. The Tigers started its divisional slate last weekend against Bethel University, where Campbellsville erased a 10-point fourth quarter deficit and edged the Wildcats in overtime, 43-37.

Keanu Young led the Campbellsville offense with 200 receiving yards on 11 catches, while also recording a touchdown. Young is now tied for fifth all-time in receptions in a single game and ranks second win receiving yards in a game. Hunter Brown finished the game with 347 passing yards and a pair of touchdowns.

The ground game for the Tigers finished just shy of 200 yards as Campbellsville combined for 193 rushing yards. Chantz Goodman – who scored the game-winning touchdown in overtime – had 121 yards on 12 carries, to go along with 95 yards from Wade Holtsclaw.

On defense, Justin Manning paced Campbellsville with a game-high 16 tackles – 10 solo – and 1-1/2 sacks.

The Tigers rank third in the nation with 370 passing yards per game, while Brown is the top individual passer in the NAIA after compiling all of Campbellsville's passing yards this season. Manning is third overall in the country – and tops in the Mid-South – with 12.3 tackles per contest.

Along with ranking in the top five in passing yards per game, the Tigers rank ninth in the NAIA in total offense per game (511.7) and first downs per game (26.3).

Campbellsville has gotten off to its first 3-0 start since 2003 and a victory on Saturday would mark its first 4-0 start since 2001.

Kentucky Christian is coming into the matchup off of its bye week and the Knights have lost its first five games of the season. Kentucky Christian has struggled on defense to start the season as it has allowed 56.2 points per game, which are the most points allowed in the nation this season. Despite the defensive struggles, Emmett Keyes and Harmand St. Hubert have highlighted the defense with two interceptions apiece and has both of them tied for 20th in the country.

The Knight offense has only been able to score 16 points per game as the freshman duo of Jakwon Roberts and De'Anta Sipp have guided Kentucky Christian. Roberts has tossed the ball for 794 yards and three touchdowns, while Sipp has 319 rushing yards and a pair of touchdowns.

This is the first meeting between the two programs since the 2014 season when the Knights earned its only victory over Campbellsville in Grayson, Ky., 12-6. The Tigers lead the all-time series 4-1, but its has been a close series with Campbellsville outscoring Kentucky Christian by just 9.2 points per game. The scoring margin over the last four meeting is 3.75 in favor of the Tigers.
