MILLIGAN, Tenn. — Campbellsville was scheduled to play Martin Methodist on Tuesday, Feb. 21, but a last-second cancellation forced the Tigers to find another opponent – the Milligan College Buffs.

Campbellsville (6-2) is coming off a series win over Huntington University over the weekend. After dropping the first game 5-1, the Tigers rallied with 8-0, 10-1 and 7-0 victories.
 
The Tigers are led by Diego Reynoso at the plate, hitting .467 after going 7-for-15 in the first six games of the year. Hunter Christiansen also started on fire, going 6-for-14 and hitting .429.

Logan Roberts and Romello Carbuccia lead Campbellsville with eight and seven RBIs, respectively.

As a team, the Tigers are hitting .283 and have put pressure of the defense by collecting 12 stolen bases through the first eight games.

Milligan College has started the season with a 5-5 record. The Buffs' five wins have come against Martin Methodist (3), University of the Cumberlands and Ohio-State Lima.

Jascancel Ferreras leads the Buffs with a .405 average, going 15-for-37 in the first 10 games. He is followed closely by Clayton Conner's .387 average and Ryan Young leads the lead with three home runs and 10 RBI.

As a team, the Buffs have some pop in the middle of their order, hitting .307, 11 home runs and 58 RBIs.
