WHEELER LAKE — Fishing by himself after his boating partner transferred last season, Campbellsville's Mason Sapp finished 116^th at the YETI College Fishing National Championship in late May.
 
Sapp, a local product from Taylor County High School, reeled in a total of five fish in the first two rounds for a total of seven pounds.

Only the Top 10 in the field competed with a fish off on Day 3.
 
Kyle Alsop and Travis Bleen caught a limit all three days and won the tournament with 44 pounds and 12 ounces. The duo totaled over $29,400 in winnings.
