No. 5 Lady Tigers and No. 7 Cumberlands Patriots meet on wrestling mat Wednesday night

CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. — A pair of NAIA Top 7 rivals meet on the wrestling mat Wednesday night as No. 5 Campbellsville hosts No. 7 University of the Cumberlands.

The Lady Tigers and Patriots are scheduled for the dual to begin at 6 p.m. ET. Fans can tune in on the CU Sports Network and also follow along with live results on Track Wrestling. Both links are above.

The Lady Tigers are also recognizing five seniors - Courtney Gray, Lindsey Prozanski, Maria Ramos, Koral Sugiyama and Raquel Valderrama. Senior night activities will begin at approximately, 5:55 p.m. ET.

Cumberlands swept Mid-South Conference play this year with a 4-0 record to claim their first regular season championship. The Patriots and Lady Tigers have met three time this year with Campbellsville winning two – but UC won the first dual of the year that counted for conference standings, 24-19.

The Lady Tigers enter with a 8-4 record in duals this season, while the Patriots at 10-5 overall. Campbellsville enters after whipping WCWA No. 6 Emmanuel College, 33-13.

Cumberlands enters after defeating Life University, 25-20, in a Mid-South dual last Thursday as well.
