Williams leads CU to 12th at Brunswick Southern Collegiate Classic

MARIETTA, Ga. – This past weekend, Tiger bowling participated in the Brunswick Southern Collegiate Classic, where they were able finish 12th.
 
Campbellsville was led by a six-game score of 1280 from Jacob Williams by to finish 16thoverall.
 
Following Williams was a 22ndplace finish from Andrew McWhorter. In six games McWhorter averaged a 209 with total score of 1254.
 
Adam Zimmerman also capitalized on a top 50 finish as he was able to place 49thin the field. Zimmerman totaled 1175 in his six games, averaging 195.8.
 
Also playing for Campbellsvlle were Austin Montgomery (1122), Nolan Renfro (560), Luke Morris (366), and Jonathon Burguess (181).
 
Campbellsville was able to tally a team score of 10,254 to finish 12thof 34 teams.
 
Webber International took a team score of 11,681 to win the meet. Jacob Baiser took the individual title, totaling 1438 pins.
 
The Tigers will take a few weeks off before getting back to action on November 30 at the National Collegiate Team Match Games in Fairview Heights, Ill.
