SERIES FACTS
  • Campbellsville and Cumberland have been facing off in women's basketball since the early 90s with the Lady Tigers.
  • Campbellsville is currently on a 13-game winning streak that dates back to Jan. 4, 2014 when the Lady Tigers earned a 70-66 win on the road in Lebanon.
  • Prior to the current 13-game stretch the Phoenix won three-straight against Campbellsville for a season sweep of the Lady Tigers over three games during the 2012-13 season that included a Mid-South Conference Tournament win.
  • Last season, the Lady Tigers earned a pair of large margins of victory wins last season against Cumberland with a 90-51 win at home and a 67-42 win on the road in 2019.
  • Last season's wins came in slightly different fashions as it took a career-high 25 from Savannah Gregory on Jan. 31 on the road when on the Jan. 10 meeting, five different Lady Tigers scored in double figures led by the 18 points and 17 points from seniors Jordan Doram and Madison Kaiser.

LAST MEETING - JAN. 4
  • It was a big day for the three-pointer at the Powell Athletic Center on Jan. 4 as the Campbellsville University women's basketball team hit a season-high 15 and sophomore guard Lexy Lake tied the school record with nine made threes in the Lady Tigers' 86-58 win over Cumberland University.
  • Lake also dropped a career-high 29 points as she also added a two-point jumper in the third quarter as she went 10-for-16 from the field and 9-for-15 from deep. She had a couple of opportunities to break the record with her 10th in the fourth quarter but she couldn't connect as she finished with her nine.
  • As a result, Lake was named the Mid-South Conference Player of the Week for her shooting performance and career-high.
  • Madison Faulkner recorded a double-double in the game with 17 points and 11 rebounds.

SCOUTING CUMBERLAND
  • The Phoenix have struggled through half of their conference season as they are tied for the worst conference record in the MSC so far with a 1-8 record.
  • Their lone conference win so far came against the team they are tied with at the bottom, Life University as Cumberland earned a 94-90 win in triple overtime on Jan. 25.
  • Two days prior, the Phoenix earned an 89-51 non-conference win against Oakwood to break a five-game losing streak that they suffered during conference play.
  • Katherine Griffith has taken over the lead scoring responsibilities for Cumberland as she's averaging 11.9 points per game and has the highest shooting percentage on the team at 50.5 percent.
TIGER CLAWZ
  • CU head coach Ginger High Colvin achieved the 20-win total for the 12th-straight time in her 13 seasons leading the charge for the Lady Tigers. The only season she did not lead Campbellsville to a 20-win season was in her first season as head coach when the Lady Tigers won 19 games.
  • Campbellsville is the No. 1 assisting team in NAIA Division I with a team total of 442 so far behind starting Hall's 129 assists, good for No. 2 individually in that category.
  • Forcing turnovers has been a big part of the CU game plan this season as they force their opponents into 27.3 turnovers per game and rank first in NAIA DI in total steals at 369, steals per game at 16.0, and turnover margin at +11.3 this season.
  • The three-point shot has been a big benefit for the Lady Tiger offense as they rank No. 2 in the NAIA in team three-point percentage at 38.0 percent behind one of the best three-point shooters in NAIA DI as Lexy Lake ranks No. 2 in total threes made (73), No. 4 in threes made per game (3.2), and No. 8 in three-point percentage (44.0%).

INDIVIDUAL MILESTONES WATCH
  • Upper classmen in the CU starting lineup have been and will be climbing the all-time leader boards in the history of Lady Tiger basketball.
  • Starting with Madison Faulkner joining the 1,000-point club, she now sits at 25th on the all-time scoring list with 1,315 career points.
  • Savannah Gregory just joined Faulkner in the 1,000-point club and now has 1,052 career points. She is also in the top-five on the career steals list as she is currently at 292, recently passing Mackenzie Lee for fourth all-time.
  • Gregory and Lee hold a little more of a connection than just being in the top-five on the career steals list as Gregory become the first Lady Tiger since Lee to reach the 1,000-point milestone during their junior campaigns. Lee eventually finished with 1,462 career-points, which is 16th all-time.
  • Senior Caitlin Hall currently has 550 career assists, just passing Katie Allen for fifth all-time on the career assists list.

1,000-WIN PLATEAU
  • In the 45th season of Lady Tiger basketball, Campbellsville reached a milestone that had only been accomplished twice in the history of NAIA women's basketball by winning 1,000 games.
  • The monumental win came in the Lady Tigers 91-59 win over Martin Methodist in Pulaski, Tenn. on Nov. 9 as part of the MSC/SSAC Crossover.
  • Campbellsville joins Wayland Baptist and Union University (Tenn.) as the only other programs to reach the feat as Union is no longer part of the NAIA after moving to the NCAA Division II level.

UP NEXT FOR CU
  • Campbellsville will continue on a three-game road stretch when they look to exact revenge for their only loss of the season when they face Shawnee State on Feb. 6 in Portsmouth, Ohio.
