Jeremi Campagnolo and midfielder
Tom Edge as the Players of the Week, conference officials announced Monday afternoon.
Campagnolo earns his second MSC Defensive Player of the Week after being selected in the 2020 season's first week of recognition for men's soccer on Sept. 21. Campagnolo made a single save in 72 minutes against Oakland City last Wednesday as the Campbellsville goalkeepers still have no allowed a goal against over three games this season.
Edge earns his first MSC Offensive Player of the Week of 2020 as he found the back of the net twice in the game on Wednesday as he was the only player for the Tigers to score twice. Edge scored the second goal of the first half and the first goal of the second half to push the CU led to 2-0 and 3-0 respectively as he climbed his season goal total to three on the 2020 season.
The Tigers will get the NCCAA Tournament kicked off tonight as they will go head-to-head with Dallas Baptist at 5 p.m. ET at the Austin Tindall Soccer Complex.
