Campbellsville, KY- The Lady Tigers were able to send their four seniors off with a win over Shawnee State on Saturday of 139-99.
Campbellsville was able to pull out nine total wins on the day.
Sarah Wortham was able to lead the Lady Tigers as she was able to contribute to four of those wins. Wortham started her day in the 200 meter medley relay along with
Lizandri Crewe-Brown,
Maggie Gibson and
Hannah Rhodenbaugh. The relay swam a time of 2:17.57. Wortham was able to pick up her second win in the 200 meter butterfly coming in at 2:51.11. Her second individual win came immediately after the event with a win in the 50 meter freestyle with a winning time of 30.62.
Wortham's final win came in the final event of the day in the 200 meter freestyle relay. She was joined by Pin KetKeaw, Gibson, and Rhodenbaugh with a stretch at the wall time of 2:04.70 compared to Shawnee States time of 2:05.25.
Hannah Rhodenbaugh was able to join Wortham on the winning track with three total wins with one individual event wins. Her individual win came in the 1,500 meter freestyle when she was almost a minute ahead of the field with a time of 20:37.64.
Hannah Hager was able to pick up the early meet win in the 200 meter freestyle. She was able to touch the wall coming in at 2:32.75.
Three more Lady Tigers picked up individual wins on the day.
Kendal Goodman won the 200 meter breaststroke by 30 seconds over Shawnee States Cassie Link with a winning time of 3:18.62.
Maggie Gibson came in with her win in the 100 meter butterfly. She was able to hit the wall with a finishing time of 1:14.23.
Lizandri Crewe-Brown was able to round out the group with two individual wins of her own. Her first win came in the 100 meter backstroke when she also set the school record with a time of 1:10.57 which beat out senior teammate
Sara Howard's old record of 1:12.36. Crewe-Brown finished out her individual winning day in the 200 meter backstroke. She was able to win the event in 2:36.22 beating out teammate
Hannah Rhodenbaugh.
With the meet win on the day, the Lady Tigers completed their schedule for the fall semester.
