MCKENZIE, TN – Lady Tigers make it three straight road wins with a 3-0 sweep over Bethel Thursday evening.
Campbellsville had no trouble through the night controlling the tempo of the match from start to finish.
Sonia Flendrich had 11 kills on the evening while also collecting five digs to her stat sheet.
Lady Tigers pulled away in the first set to win 25-20. In the second set, it was all Campbellsville with their 25-12 victory.
Paige Merrick added 26 assists and seven digs to her night.
It wasn't until the third and final set that the Wildcats tried to push the match to a fourth set. Campbellsville was able to overcome the close back and forth action that went on in the set to win the third in 25-21.
Salma Gonzalez-Sosa finished her night with 10 digs total.
Campbellsville held the Wildcats to a .182 hitting percentage, while having a hitting percentage of .276 of their own.
Lady Tigers will now have a day off before finishing off the regular season in Henderson, TN when they meet Freed Hardeman Saturday November 6
th. That match will begin at 12 p.m. ET.
