WILLIAMSBURG, Ky. – The #4 Lady Tigers traveled to the University of the Cumberlands Patriot Duals on Friday and Saturday where the Campbellsville varsity black squad went 7-0 while the maroon group went 2-5.
The O. Wayne Rollins Center played host to all the matches over both days. Campbellsville split into two with a black team and a maroon team. Campbellsville Black squared off against #6 Cumberlands, Liberty University, #16 Lyon College, Tiffin University (two teams), #15 Eastern Oregon University and (RV) Brewton Parker.
The Lady Tigers were victorious over the hosting Patriots 43-5 with five falls, two technical falls, 20 points, and nine wins. Liberty University was defeated 45-0 behind four falls and a 3:04 total fall time. The Lyon College Scots fell 34-13 with Campbellsville Black posting two technical falls, 33 points, and seven wins.
Campbellsville Black battled both of Tiffin's teams winning 24-21 over their varsity gold squad and 45-0 over their second green group. Against Tiffin Gold, the Lady Tigers picked up three falls, two technical falls, 13 points, and five wins. Tiffin Green was defeated with four falls.
The black squad took on the Eastern Oregon Mountaineers besting them 35-7 garnering three falls, two technical falls, 27 points, and seven wins. The Lady Tigers picked up seven falls for a 45-5 victory over the Brewton Parker Barons. No match lasted beyond two minutes and 26 seconds.
Emma Walker (143) earned the quickest pin with her match lasting only 16 seconds.

Liliana Vergara (#15 nationally in 191) all went undefeated through the duals.
The Lady Tigers will next be at Indiana Tech for the Warrior Duals on Friday December 10
th and the Warrior Open Saturday December 11
th.
