Campbellsville, KY- The Tigers land their first recruit for the 2021-22 school year with Nathan Whaley.
 
Whaley who is a Sunrise, Florida native will be joining the team in the fall and plans to major in communications and journalism during his tenure at Campbellsville.
 
Whaley bowled in the leadoff position for his team. He was a two-time champion in the Eleanor Livesey tournament. Nathan is the team captain during his senior year of high school. His team won the district title two times while also having qualified for state five times. Whaley's best game has been a 290 while the highest series he has bowled has been a 760.
 
"I chose Campbellsville because of the campus as a whole. The university has the proper classes I want to get my degree in the communications area as well as having a competitive bowling team to compete with" said Whaley.
 
Nathan is the son of Larry and Gina Whaley.
