CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – Due to the heavy rains that hit Campbellsville over the weekend, the Tiger baseball team has decided to cancel their home doubleheader against Rio Grande scheduled for Tuesday afternoon as HIG Field conditions are currently unplayable.
 
This continues a tough early stretch of the schedule for CU as they've only been able to play in three games so far with the Tigers recently hosting their Mid-South Conference opening series against Cumberland University last Thursday and Friday.
 
No make-up with Rio Grande has been set as of now so the next upcoming games for Campbellsville will be on the road this Friday and Saturday at McKenzie, Tenn. to face Bethel University for a three-game series.
