KANSAS CITY, MO. – For the first time since the 2019 season, the Lady Tigers jump back into the receiving votes category of the NAIA Top 25 Coaches Poll.
The last time Campbellsville was on the list was on Oct. 16 when they jumped as high as no. 24 that season.
So far, the Lady Tigers are off to a hot start on the offensive end of the ball. They have outscored their opponents 32-5 through their first six matches.
It has been almost even scoring for the team in both the first and second half. 17 goals have come from the first half of play while the remaining 15 goals have all come from the second half.
Of those five goals this season the team have conceded all have come from the first half of play.
Mid-South Conference foes Tennessee Southern, University of the Cumberlands, Lindsey Wilson, and Cumberland University are also mentioned in the NAIA Top 25 poll.
Lady Tigers will be back in action Saturday evening when they face Shawnee State at home starting at 6 PM.
