FORT WAYNE, IN – Lady Tigers traveled up to Indiana Tech Friday evening and brough back five wins in their dual against the Warriors.
Anna Rusth was the first wrester to score points for the team. She earned a pin over Alyssa Schuller at the 1:09 mark in the first period.
Angie Vitiritti followed Rusth lead on the day and earned a tech fall in the first period to earn the extra bonus point in the match. Remaining undefeated still this year,
Emma Walker made light work of her opponent earning the tech fall at the 4:31 marker of the match with a score of 13-2.
Back from injury,
Kenya Sloan made her second appearance of the season earning a tech fall over the Warriors Autumn Terhune 12-0.
Brianna Staebler was the final athlete to earn points for the team. Staebler won by decision 4-0.
Indiana Tech was able to win the dual by a final score of 24-21.
Campbellsville will be back on the road next Saturday when they travel to Tiffin, Ohio to square off against Tiffin University. The regular season is winding down for the team with only three weeks remaining until the post season.
