CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – Campbellsville University's Athletic Director
Jim Hardy has announced that
Jeff Richardson will be joining the inaugural women's flag football team as defensive coordinator.

Jeff Richardson join us on the coaching staff for Women's Flag Football," head coach
Chris Kidwell shared. "Coach Richardson brings many years of coaching expertise to the program. He has coached football and boys and girls track for over 13 years at the high school level and is an outstanding mentor and leader."
In addition to his history coaching football and track, Richardson served 29 years in public education as a teacher, assistant principal, director of pupil personnel, and athletic director. Coaching football, Richardson coached under Chuck Smith,
Perry Thomas, and
Jim Hardy.
Richardson graduated from Campbellsville High School, attained his bachelor's degree in Education at Eastern Kentucky University, and received his Rank One certification in School Administration from Western Kentucky University.
Currently, Richardson is a realtor for DeWayne Squires Realty and works with Heritage Children Services. He is married to Dr. Marlene Richardson. They have three children: Loren Mattingly, Logan Smith, and Bryce Richardson.
