Musu's late match heroics propel the Tigers to a 1-0 victory over Bethel on senior night

CAMPBELLSVILLE, Ky. – Sebastiano Musu's late match heroics propel the Tigers to their fourth win in a row on senior night.

The first half of play was a battle of the keepers trading saves back and forth. Tigers finished the half with 7 shots with only one on goal. The man of the half for the Tigers was none other than Christian Hauge who was a very active goalkeeper in the first half preventing all 3 of Bethel's shots on goal.

The difference in the match came in the 83rd minute. James Feeley sent a ball backdoor to a cutting Musu who had the header for the lone goal of the match.

Christian Hauge finished the match being the gold standard for a goal keeper helping complete the shut out as well as having 6 saves. The match ended with one score between the two teams and extended the Tigers winning streak to 4 and moved them up in placing in the Mid-South conference.

Campbellsville will now travel to Lindsey Wilson on Thursday October 27th for a battle against Lindsey Wilson. That match will begin at 8 p.m.
