SMYRNA, Tenn. – The Tigers competed in the MSC Brandon Burns Memorial this past weekend for their third MSC tournament of the year, finishing 10
th out of 18 teams.
The Tigers struggled Saturday where they bowled six single games. With a high block of 1073 they finished 13
th after day one.
Andrew Swift led the team coming 37
th and going plus 20 for six games averaging 203.
Andrew McWhorter and
Ambrose Shirk followed closely averaging 202 and 197 respectively.
Day two was much shorter consisting of 16 baker games. The Tigers started slow before their third set of baker games where they shot 198, 211, 212, and 247. They would finish the tournament jumping up some spots in 10
th place, only 43 pins behind 9
th place team Tusculum University.
The Tigers will be back in action on November 26-27 at the NAIA Louisville Invitational in Louisville, KY.
