COLUMBIA, KY – Campbellsville was able to earn a huge 143-11 win over Union College and finished narrowly behind Lindsey Wilson 174-63 in a tri-dual.
Tigers began the day with a runner-up finish in the 200-yard medley relay.

Sarah Wortham,
Charlotte Strull finished closely behind Lindsey Wilson with a time of 1:59.58 while the Blue Raiders reached the wall 1.40 seconds ahead in 1:58.18.
Taryn Harper earned the first individual win of the day for Campbellsville. Harper kept even splits throughout the 1650-yard freestyle and finished in 20:04.07.
Strull earned her second runner-up of the day in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 2:05.59.
Hannah Rhodenbaugh was able to swim her way to a bronze medal position in the 100-yard backstroke. Rhodenbaugh touched the wall in 1:07.93, .07 seconds ahead of Eisses at 1:08.00.
Little and
Lucy Ballard finished 2-3 in the 100-yard breaststroke. Little was second in 1:17.51 while Ballard was third in 1:30.97. Wortham was able to secure third in the 200-yard butterfly with her time of 2:33.27. Little and Ballard had another 2-3 finish in the 200-yard breaststroke. Little finished runner-up again in 2:48.60 while Ballard was third in 3:14.44.
Strull and Eisses were the second duo to earn a 2-3 finish. Strull was second in the 200-yard backstroke at 2:25.14 while Eisses was close behind at 2:26.67.
Harper and Rhodenbaugh brought in the points in the 500-yard freestyle. Harper finished second in 5:52.78 while Rhodenbaugh was third in 6:02.71.
In the final event of the day Wortham, Harper, Eisses, and Strull pulled out one last bronze medal finish in the 200-yard freestyle relay. The relay was able to finish in a close third in 1:48.59, .44 seconds behind second place.
Campbellsville will now have a weekend of rest before returning to the pool. The team travels to Sewanee, TN for the Igloo Invitational on Friday November 18
th and Saturday November 19
th.
