KINGSPORT, TN – After day one of competition Thursday, Lady Tigers find themselves with 55 points sitting in sixth place.
The biggest point scorer for the team came from the 200-yard freestyle relay.
Sarah Wortham,
Lizandri Crewe-Brown, Majorie Gibson, and
Hannah Doyle were able to collect 26 of the 55 points in the relay placing sixth at 1:43.93.
Crewe-Brown collected two more points by qualifying for the consolation finals in the 200 IM finishing 15
th in the event. Wortham joined Crewe-Brown in individual scoring with her performance in the 50-yard freestyle placing 16
th and earning one point with her time of 25.68.
To finish off scoring on the day, in the 400-yard medley relay, Crewe-Brown, Gibson, Doyle, and
Leah Zimmerman earned another 26 points placing sixth with a time of 4:14.18.
Campbellsville returns to action Friday morning for day two of competition.
